HOW TO: Unban & complain requests

Step 1:

Make sure you read the rules before making a complaint or unban request. So you are aware of all the rules on our server, Teamspeak, etc ...

Step 2:

Go to the panel and click login with steam.

You will have to use your actual steam name and steam password.

It will send some statistics like your playerid... so we can match you instantly in our database!
This does not send your personal details like your steam password or mail towards us, this only allows to send some secondary data from your steam profile to us like stats, achievements, playerid, steamphoto, etc ...

Step 3:

Click on Applications and then click on:

Unban request
Submit a complaint
View your applications

Step 4:

Pick the correct form to fill in as that way you will get helped as fast as possible!

Unban request

When you received a:
    Temp ban
    Day Ban
    Autoclick ban
    Blacklist
    Infistar ban
    Battle eye ban

You will get a form to fill in like bellow:(Exact layout can change over time)
If you have a ban it automatically will suggest it in your application what typ it is.
So please select the correct type you want to be unbanned for.

Be as complete and fully as possible in your explanation, this allows a quicker answer from the community team if everything is clear.
! Note: Do NOT forget to attach any links to video or screenshot evidence!

Submit a complaint

Make sure you are not appealing any ban or blacklist in this form, that's not why this one is for.
You'll have to use the proper form above here ^ 'Unban request'.

Be as complete and fully as possible in your explanation, this allows a quicker answer from the community team if everything is clear.
! Note: Do NOT forget to attach any links to video or screenshot evidence!

Step 5:

Wait for an answer...

Be patient and check your applications frequently.
Click on the View your applications button.
As you can see there's a status assigned to your application. unresolved or resolved.

Obviously this will show if we finalized your complaint or if it's still in progress.
In case of replies please click 'view' and maybe see if we are asking for additional information or explanation on your application.
Provide a reply with additional information or evidence so we can tie it to your application.

The sooner we have a clear picture of the case we can make a judgement about it and resolve the matter.
It's HIGHLY important that you provide as much information and evidence in your initial submission, the sooner we can resolve your application.

Step 6:

Please be patient and complete in your unban and complaint request! The easier it makes for our community team to respond. :tup:
